We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Basically, we do not accept returns for customer reasons except for defective products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for returned items will be applied to the product price, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

In order for us to process your return, please include the following information:

- email address
- order number
- name of the items
- reason for return
Please note that in all cases it is your responsibility to pay any customs fees and provide any documentation required by customs in your country. If you refuse to pay these taxes, the package will be returned to us. At that time, we will refund the amount of your order after deducting the actual shipping costs charged by the shipping company and the shipping costs for returning the package to us.
